The Workplace Health & Wellbeing Unit was established by the HSE in 2016 and is lead by Dr. Lynda Sisson and is part of the Human Resources Directorate.
Workplace Health & Wellbeing is tasked with ensuring the delivery of high quality staff support services including Staff Health and Wellbeing, Occupational Health, Staff Engagement and Employee Assistance programmes.
The aim of the Workplace Health and Wellbeing Unit is simple, to ensure that our staff can continue to be physically and emotionally well throughout their working life.
The benefit of a healthy staff workforce is linked directly to better outcomes for our patients and indeed our staff.
