The digital team in the Communications Divisions is responsible for delivering the online user experience for the Health Service, through online information, social media, digital marketing and other digital projects.
Our team's mission is to improve the user experience online for our service users, staff and the public. We work across the areas of user experience, content, social media, analytics and digital marketing.
The digital team also includes HSELive, a multi-channel hub offering health and social services information by phone, email, live chat and social media (Callsave 1850 24 1850). Operating from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday, the service has received over one million calls to date.
