We put ourselves in our colleague's shoes

In the building I work in, we were discussing how we could take part in All in a week's work and the logistics of involving as many people as possible.

Someone commented that our colleagues in payroll were very busy, putting in very long hours and that maybe they wouldn’t be able to join in due to deadlines.

That was when we decided we would ‘Put ourselves in other people’s shoes’ and highlight the behaviour, ‘Acknowledge the work of your colleagues’ during #allinaweekswork
