Sepsis summit 2023
The HSE National Clinical Programme for Sepsis, as part of the National Quality and Patient Safety Directorate, are hosting the 7th Sepsis Summit this year in Dublin Castle, on 19 September. The Global Summit will bring together an impressive array of international and national experts to discuss topics related to the theme of 'Sepsis care in a post pandemic world'.
The Summit is being delivered, with support from the Department of Health, and in collaboration with Predicate Healthcare Performance Group.
We hope that this summit will raise awareness of sepsis in all settings, and provide a learning opportunity for all who attend, leading to better management and ultimately better patient outcomes for those who develop sepsis.
Healthcare professionals will be given the opportunity to submit an abstract on topics related to sepsis for consideration for oral or poster presentation, where the best submission will receive the Global Sepsis Summit Gold Medal for Research.
We are seeking submissions for consideration for presentation at the Summit from all healthcare professionals. Original research, quality improvement projects, and case reports broadly focusing on sepsis will all be considered. If you are interested in submitting an abstract submissions, please complete abstract template provided and submit to Sepsis2023Abstracts@PredicateHPG.com by 31st July.
I hope that you can join us for this highly anticipated global conference.
