Transparency International Ireland (TII)
TII operate a free Speak-Up Helpline that offers support and advice (including legal advice) for workers who have reported or plan to report a wrongdoing. The helpline can be contacted:
Trade Union
For workers who are members of a Trade Union, many Unions offer free legal advice services on employment-related matters, including protected disclosures.
Citizens Information Service
The Citizens Information Service provides general advice and information on how workers who make a protected disclosure are protected under the Act: protection-for-whistleblowers - citizensinformation.ie
HSE Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
The HSE EAP is a work-based confidential independent support service for staff and the organisation. The service is free and available to all HSE employees. The WRC promotes good workplace relations, ensuring compliance with employment and equality legislation, and providing guidance and support in resolving disputes.
