In February 2025, the HSE Child and Youth Mental Health Office published its Action Plan 2024–2027, which sets out a roadmap for comprehensive reform of child and youth mental health services.
In November 2025, following extensive stakeholder consultation, the HSE Child and Youth Mental Health Office published a revised CAMHS Operational Guideline.
