The Public Health (Sunbeds) Act 2014, (No. 12 of 2014) was signed into law on 24 June 2014. This legislation is enforced by the National Environmental Health Service of the HSE.
This is the current Sunbed non-compliant list for:
- A fine or other penalty imposed by a court under the Public Health (Sunbeds ) Act 2014
- A payment to the Health Service Executive pursuant to a fixed payment notice under section 20 of the Public Health (Sunbeds ) Act 2014
This list is published in accordance with Section 21 of the Public Health (Sunbeds ) Act 2014. We will update this webpage every 6 months.
