If you are having difficulty accessing services in hospital contact the Patient information services in the relevant hospital or for services in the community contact community healthcare complaints offices.

You can also contact the yoursay@hse.ie .

For general issues on service gaps and complaints that are not relevant to rare disease there is a HSE infoline 1850 24 1850 to direct you.
