    The HSE today, (Wednesday, 14th April 2021), confirmed details of the next group of people to be offered COVID-19 vaccines and introduced the COVID-19 online registration system.

    Free “walk-in” COVID-19 test centre in Waterford

    In line with similar facilities established elsewhere, the centre located at the WIT complex in College Street, Waterford, it will operate from 11am from to 7pm each of five days from Saturday 10th April to Friday 16th April inclusive.

    HSE Update on AstraZeneca Vaccination Clinics

    We have today further advised Hospital Groups and CHOs to cancel all AstraZeneca clinics, except those arranged for certain people over the age of 60, for the remainder of this week as we work to reconfigure our rollout plans to take in to account the latest NIAC guidance.

    Symptom Free No Appointment Required Covid-19 Testing - Mullingar and Dunmanway

    As part of the HSE’s enhanced Covid-19 testing for local communities, two of the existing static test centres, which have been operational for the last year will now also facilitate Covid-19 tests without requiring an advance appointment for those who are symptom-free.

    Cancellation of AstraZeneca COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics Tomorrow

    The HSE has this evening written to Hospital Groups and Community Healthcare Organisations to advise that all AstraZeneca Covid-19 Vaccination Clinics planned for tomorrow, Tuesday April 13th, should be cancelled in light of updated guidance received from the National Immunisation Advisory Committee, and the Department of Health, this evening.

    Interagency group encourage ongoing awareness of COVID-19 prevention

    Over recent months, an interagency group led by HSE/South East Community Healthcare and including An Garda Siochana , the Health and Safety Authority, Dept. of Social Protection, Citizens Information Board and the five Local Authorities in the South East has worked closely with workplaces represented by Meat Industry Ireland (MII) to raise awareness of how to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
