An Ghrianán designated centre is managed by the HSE Community Healthcare Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Monaghan, Sligo Disability Services. The centre provides full-time residential care for up to four residents with disabilities. The centre consists of one single-storey house located in a residential area outside a large town, where public transport links are available.
