Applications are now open for the 2023 Cork Kerry Community Healthcare Staff Awards, which will recognise the ongoing excellent work carried out by all Cork Kerry Community Healthcare staff.
The awards give staff the chance to recognise members of Cork Kerry Community Healthcare staff who go above and beyond to deliver excellent service.
There are four categories for this year’s awards:
- Improving Service User Experience
- Innovation and Integration in Service Delivery
- Excellence in Quality and Patient Safety
- Staff Health and Wellbeing Initiative

CKCH Staff Recognition Awards 2023 - Application Form (Word, size 467 KB, 10 pages)
The closing date for nominations is 5pm on Wednesday September 27th 2023. Forms must be returned by email to CKCH.StaffAwards2023@hse.ie before 5pm on that date. You will receive an email confirmation that your form has been received within one working day. If you do not receive confirmation of receipt, please email CKCH.StaffAwards2023@hse.ie.
A panel of independent judges will choose a shortlist of three nominations in each category.
Those who have been shortlisted will be contacted in mid-October, and will work with CKCH communications to produce a video showcasing the shortlisted project or initiative.
The short-listed nominees will be invited to an awards ceremony at City Hall, Cork on Friday November 24th.
