Optometrist, Dispensing Opticians and Ophthalmologist Contracts

The Community Ophthalmic Services Scheme (COSS) is an agreement entered into between the HSE and Ophthalmologists, Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians.

It provides Community Eye Care Services to eligible patients.
