To ask the Minister for Health the funding provided for in the Health Service Executive National Service Plan 2021 to implement new models of care including the provision of wrap-around supports for homeless persons with complex and multiple needs as part of an integrated housing and health policy response in line with the Housing First National Implementation Plan 2018-2021; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
