The National Social Inclusion Office has developed an updated Elearning course Introduction to ethnic equality monitoring on hseland.ie. The module explains what ethnic equality monitoring is and why it’s important in healthcare. After completing the module you will know how to sensitively gather information from clients, what to record and where to get more information. Staff of funded HSE agencies (section 38 and 39 organisations) can register on hseland.ie to complete the training.
