Evaluation of the Nurture Programme: Infant Health and Wellbeing

In just five years, the Nurture Programme: Infant Health and Wellbeing has created a variety of new tools, systems and resources for parents and for child health practitioners. These developments will support the health service in its work with families and children under the age of three.

The Nurture Programme was evaluated by Quality Matters in partnership with Dublin City University in December 2019. A learning report was also published in March 2020.

The service improvements created under the Nurture Programme continue to be implemented and further developed as part of the HSE’s National Healthy Childhood Programme
