PREPARED Project- Dementia Publications
PREPARED was a funded research and education project that was part of the overall implementation of the Irish National Dementia Strategy (2014-2018).
PREPARED was coordinated by the Department of General Practice at University College Cork, and funded by the Health Service Executive and Atlantic Philanthropies. PREPARED is an award-winning initiative, scooping the Best Educational Project (GP/Pharmacy Category) at the 2017 Irish Healthcare Awards. The PREPARED project ceased in 2019. Ongoing review of the content, effectiveness and impact of our dementia educational interventions and online resources was a key component of the PREPARED project.
