Adding the HSE Email Signature logo to your emails

-Create a signature in Outlook 2007

  1. In a new message, on the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, and then click Signatures.
  2. On the E-mail Signature tab, click New.
  3. Type a name for the signature, and then click OK.
  4. In the Edit signature box, type the text that you want to include in the signature.
  5. To format the text, select the text, and then use the style and formatting buttons to select the options that you want
  6. To add a hyperlink - Click the Insert Hyperlink button, browse to a hyperlink, click to select it, and then click OK.
  7. To add the HSE Email Signature Logo, first download it from this website and save to your computer. Then when making your signature, click the Picture button, browse to the saved logo, click to select it, and then click OK.
  8. After you finish creating the signature, click OK.
     

-Create a signature in Outlook 2010

  1. Open a new message. On the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, and then click Signatures.
  2. On the E-mail Signature tab, click New.

  6. To add a hyperlink - Click Insert hyperlink icon Insert Hyperlink, type in the information or browse to a hyperlink, click to select it, and then click OK
  7. To add the HSE Email Signature Logo, first download it from this website and save to your computer. Then when making your signature, click Insert a Picture, browse to where to logo is saved, click to select it, and then click OK.
  8. To finish creating the signature, click OK.
     

-Create a signature in Lotus Notes

  1. In your Inbox click on the "More" tab and select Preferences
  2. In Preferences section click on tab "Signature"
  3. Select what type of signature you require from the three options. Rich Text or Plain text are most common.
  4. In the Rich Text you can copy and paste a standard signature your department might already use and edit with your own details
  5. There is a check box you can tick to automatically append your signature to every email
  6. After you finish creating the signature, click OK.
