Unfortunately we do not have a National Immunisation Database in Ireland so we cannot access your records or make an appointment. You will need to contact your GP or Local Health Office to ask for a copy of your records. Please keep your records safe as you may need them for college admission, travel or your job in the future.

The School programme is run by the Local Health Offices so if you have any questions about the school programme please contact your Local Health Office.

If you need to book an appointment for any other vaccines please contact your GP or Occupational Health Department.
