CBT-E

CBT-E is an evidence-based treatment for eating disorders.

It is a modified version of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) created specifically for eating disorders and their difficulties. For example, distorted thinking about shape and weight or perfectionism.

Training in CBT-E

The online training programme in CBT-E is available to any eligible Health Service England (HSE) therapist who wants to receive training at no cost.
