CHO7 and DMHG ECC Conference Agenda

The first Integrated Dublin South, Kildare, West Wicklow and Dublin Midlands Hospital Group (Tallaght University Hospital, St James’s Hospital and Naas General Hospital) Enhanced Community Care (ECC) Programme Staff Conference will take place in the Clayton Hotel, Liffey Valley on Friday, 29th of September 2023.

The purpose of this event is to provide ECC stakeholders across primary, community and acute services with the opportunity to come together, network, discuss integrated care and share practical experiences in delivering the ECC model.
