Since March 2023, the Strategic Programmes Office, National Clinical Programmes, Hospital Groups, Community Healthcare Organisations, and most critically countless healthcare and administrative professionals working in hospitals and communities across Ireland have begun the successful implementation of a number of the 36 Modernised Care Pathways approved for funding by the Department of Health this year.
Implementing such change in a short period of time is an incredible feat of dedication, professionalism, creativity, and hard work, and yet there is still much more that we must accomplish together as we move into the next phase of the work into 2024.
To further strengthen this collaborative work and to celebrate our progress thus far, the SPO is hosting the ‘Enabling Innovation and Integration in Healthcare Delivery: 2nd Modernised Care Pathways Implementation Workshop’ on November 30, 2023 at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane in Dublin.
