Below is a an information presentation prepared by the HSE Children First National Office July 2019 providing an outline of the finalised changes to Section 38 & Section 39 Non-Acute/Community Service Arrangement generic Schedules regarding Children First compliance requirements under the Children First Act (2015) and the National Guidance for the Protection and Welfare of Children (2017).
