Anti-Hyperglycaemic Agents
One of the most common challenges in managing Type 2 diabetes is chosing an agent when blood glucose levels are sub-optimal. Pages 16-24 of A Practical Guide to Integrated Type 2 Diabetes Care (ICGP, 2016) provide excellent guidance on this. In addition, the American Diabetes Association (ADA) provides guidelines for hyperglycaemia management.
